Draft pending final operating decisions and review. The site is currently operated by Ethan Heinrick under the Proper Pug Works name; no LLC has been formed. Paid subscriptions are not open.

What we collect

Account: your email address, used to sign you in. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also provides basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox.
Billing: Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your subscription status, plan, and renewal date. We never see your full card number.
Clinic seats: email addresses a clinic owner adds to their plan.
Your browser: your shortlist and comparison choices stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

What we do not collect

No client, patient, or student information. The Service has no place to enter it, and you agree not to put it anywhere in the Service.

Who processes it

Supabase (accounts and database hosting), Google (optional sign-in), Resend (sign-in email delivery), Cloudflare Pages (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and DNS), and Stripe (payments when enabled). We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Offline copies

If you save an offline copy, the app stores an encrypted catalog and a signed access permit on your device. The permit lasts at most seven days and is limited by your access period. Signing out removes the saved copy. Owner-issued shared demo codes grant only temporary Atlas access. They do not provide access to billing, owner tools, or a shared email inbox. A saved demo copy cannot last beyond the original demo end date; revoking online access cannot immediately recall an offline copy. External source websites require an internet connection.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require afterward. Ask us to delete your account at properpugworks@gmail.com.
